A. Before the program begins, you can request a refund at any moment by filling out a refund form on the upGrad website. Deductions will be made for a processing fee of INR 10,000 or the amount of GST paid, whichever is greater. Once the program has begun, there are no refunds allowed. Your admission will be canceled and you will be assessed a 10,000 INR processing fee if you are unable to complete the payment within 7 days of paying the block amount or by the cohort start date, whichever comes first.
