ENGINEER – SERVICE DESK END USER SUPPORT
Qualification:
Diploma In E&C, CS, or any others
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Service desk providing support for desktop,
Salary:
3 LPA – 6 LPA / Year
Work Location:
India
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Installation and arrangement of Desktop and Laptop (Windows OS and Linux)
- Hardware and software troubleshooting
- Basic Networking & security skills
- Reach out with Agents for various Supports (Laptop, ISP,)
- Responsible for any of the IT Activity/Processes & also customer satisfaction..
