Responsibilities
- You will update and process employee data in the HR System to provide accurate and timely information to a variety of HR Services
- Be in touch with the customer to resolve any issues
- Be ready to provide data to all the internal departments when required
- Ensure submission to the client’s existing standards
- You must answer the employee’s queries & have proper knowledge about all the rules & regulations.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Minimum 1-3 years in Core HR & Issue Resolution for any International IT / ITES Companies.
- Good in communication
- Expertise and knowledge in Core HR related processes (excluding Recruitment)
- MS Excel
- Must manage multiple tasks
- Should be able to adapt quickly and answer the troubleshoots
- Effectively work with internal & external clients
- Attention to details
- Teamwork – Must be a team man
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Masters in HR
- Prior Experience
