Job Description
As an Employee Servicing Analyst on the HR Transitions team, you will deliver a best-in-class, simplified, and personalized experience to current and former employees in support of their HR needs. You will be required to stick to company policy and guidelines in support of our mission to make dreams possible for everyone, everywhere, every day.
This job involves having conversations with employees (sensitive, needs. etc) & making a detailed report
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the management of leave of absence for employees
- Handle requests according to regulatory and internal guidelines, within the case management tool.
- Know the necessary details for a leave of absence
- Follow the policy guidelines before making any decision
- Handles difficult situations when dealing with employees, HRBAs, managers, and internal partners. Knowledge regarding company policies and procedures with the ability to apply that knowledge while having a working understanding of regulatory requirements (i.e. ADA, FMLA, etc.)
- Support peer caching
- Strong verbal communication
- Have analytical skills & problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across multiple teams and levels
