Job Responsibilities
1. Awareness regarding company operations and clients’ needs.
2. Develop efficient test plans and tests.
3. To implement this, one must be able to identify the bug, document and track it effectively.
4. Identify and approximate, determine risk and apply, schedule, and organize tests.
5. Create and perform test procedures for both the newly developed and those already in the market.
6. Communicate with developers or product managers depending on the task to determine system needs.
7. Execute manual and automated tests; analyze problems with the automation tests.
8. Invest time in the development teams and report and help fix things that need to be improved to get better test coverage quality.
9. Align with departmental objectives and determine outcome expectations per the program’s key performance indicators (KPIs).
10. Generate status reports of the testing activities.
11. Inform the project managers of how testing is fairing.
12. Perform other assigned duties.
