Job Responsibilities
- Plan and create content for a variety of marketing communication tools and support content marketing and content strategy projects with the help of designers, editors, digital marketers, as well as other employees of the KLDiscovery Marketing department
- Engage in day to day tasks of owned content marketing and communication for B2B target customers across the brands
- Develop clear and strong business-to-business content for Type A professionals; incorporate core messages to generate, write, review, and polish conversions for collateral; web pages, blogs, web landing, and press realeases; promotional emails; event descriptions; video scripts; staff intranet messages; white papers and e-books; advertisements, and social media messages. Create content for various platforms with the knowledge on how to write content depending on the channel it is to be used on
- Synchronize all content and work with other departments of the Global Marketing group to ensure that all content follows KLDiscovery’s Copywriting Style Guide for all channels.
- Ensure that other technical offerings developed in the organization are truthful, especially in product features and benefits that can be offered to clients
- Contribute to the process of cooperation and on gathering and analyzing samples as well as the process of creating KPI reports and analytics, discover trends and potential improvements
- To accomplish close-ended tasks that involve receiving intricate and specific instructions from the firm’s internal customers.
- Other duties as assigned
