- Work on multi-tasking for all Deloitte businesses
- Deploy required changes
- Have good communication with the stakeholders
- Execute the change management plan
- Build and manage change management deliverables and activities to a business-ready standard
- Provide proper support to the team
- Use management tools and methods applied to projects to get the best outcome
Qualifications
- 0-3 Years of work experience
- Bachelor’s /Post Graduation Diploma / Master’s Degree in Business, Economics, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Sociology, Information Technology, Hard science, or other relevant field
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Analytical mindset
