Introduction To Job

The Associate is responsible for processing low-complexity transactions in a timely and accurate manner as per the client’s requirements. He/she must follow on with the subject matter expert(SME) and be ready to do multi-tasking. This role may be leveraged across multiple client teams.

Responsibilities

• Learn the process knowledge from SME (Internal/Client) & be process certified.
• · Must complete the process training period
• · Should complete all the tasks at hand
• · Responsible for processing transactions of low complexity.
• · Maintain trust and accuracy
• · Be committed to clients and give them the timely attention required.
• · Provide prompt responses to queries from Internal or External stakeholders
• · Follow Data Privacy and Code of Conduct standards as per company norms & policies
• · Ensure compliance with Time Recording guidelines

Education & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably Commerce/Accounting)
• Work experience – 0-24 months
• Good at English
• Knowledge of Excel & Word
• Typing Speed of minimum 25 WPM & 90% Accuracy

Work Conditions

• Work has a 24/7 shift
• Occasional extended work hours to meet business needs
• Be ready to travel even Overseas if required.
