Job Description

Introduction To Job

The Associate is responsible for processing low-complexity transactions in a timely and accurate manner as per the client’s requirements. He/she must follow on with the subject matter expert(SME) and be ready to do multi-tasking. This role may be leveraged across multiple client teams.

Responsibilities

Learn the process knowledge from SME (Internal/Client) & be process certified.
· Must complete the process training period
· Should complete all the tasks at hand
· Responsible for processing transactions of low complexity.
· Maintain trust and accuracy
· Be committed to clients and give them the timely attention required.
· Provide prompt responses to queries from Internal or External stakeholders
· Follow Data Privacy and Code of Conduct standards as per company norms & policies
· Ensure compliance with Time Recording guidelines
