Job Role Responsibilities:

1. Handle client deliverables independently in the field of indirect tax and investment in India.
2. Liaison with the government officer at the central and state government level for the client’s work.
3. Prepare plan notes and checklists for client deliverables based on the timeline and requirements of deliverables.
4. Draft replies to notices/letters/assessments s SCN based on the issues and client facts and legal research.
5. Timely filing of all statutory and other necessary returns and replies of the clients as per the applicable laws.
6. Research and provide statutory legal advice/opinion whenever required on the client’s issues.

Other Requirements For The Job Role :

The candidate should be a CS, CA, or CMS degree holder.
