Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Secure Accounting processes (Work must be done in a process-oriented manner and the employee must be working on automation and secure accounting processes)
• Administrate all the IT incidents occurring in the AR processes
• Analyse (To present the data to stakeholders)
• Maintain Balance sheet & do proper reporting
• Bank management (To transfer & do all the required payment approvals)
• Month end reporting
• Billing management (Also includes the customer’s section)
• One must manage the customer data
• Support all the B2B partners in billing-related matters
• Must handle customer queries
• Resolve the customer problems in the best possible way
• Monitor AR processes, supported by RPA, and perform issue resolution as required
• Be a Support audit across local to the globe

Qualification/Experience

University-level education within Accounting/Bus Admin/Economics/System engineering or have equivalent experience
