IT Support Engineer
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of varied IT support experience in a similar role.
- Experience with Directory Services – Active Directory /AZURE AD
- Proven experience as a System Administrator with expertise in Microsoft Azure.
Salary:
5LPA – 8LPA / Year
Work Location:
Bangalore
Role and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and provisioning server and user workstations
- Build and manage user laptops through Autopilot
- Configure Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) for user and group management.
- Configure and optimize Azure services to meet performance and scalability requirements
- Maintain documentation for Azure configurations, procedures, and policies.
- Monitor for security breaches and investigate security incidents.
- Management of Asset inventories e.g. Laptops/ Desktops/Software through Jira tool
- Maintaining the high-resolution rate within the team working within company SLAs
- Ensuring that IT technology standards and policies are adhered to
- Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
- Provide 1st – 2nd line IT support for company employees.
- Participate in out-of-hours on-call Rota and provide support for Global users
