Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology or a related field.

Responsibilities:
- Whenever a client or end-user uses an Apple product—a Mac, an iPhone, an iPad, or another Apple device—provide technical support.
- Address difficulties with macOS, iOS, and other Apple operating systems, as well as hardware and software problems on Apple devices.
- Assist in configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Apple hardware and software solutions to guarantee peak performance from the device.
- Troubleshoot server configurations, cloud services, and network setups related to Apple goods.
- Help with the development and implementation
Requirements
- It may be preferable to have Apple qualifications like ACMT (Apple Certified Mac Technician) or ACiT (Apple Certified iOS Technician).
- demonstrated expertise in offering technical assistance for Apple products.
- knowledge of iOS, macOS, and Apple software programs.
- adept at resolving both software and hardware problems with Apple products.
