Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer

Experience:

Min-2 and max 4 yrs of experience is required.

Salary:

Primary Skills:

• They must have hands-on experience working in an applications production
• They also need at least a basic knowledge of SQL and HTML/CSS, and experience/working knowledge of ITIL-compliant incident, problem, and change service management. It is considered to be a plus for the application support analyst
• They need the capability to work virtually with cross-functional squads
• They must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills for documentation and customer support duties
• They need the ability to multi-task, virtually prioritize work, and adapt during pressured situations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Answerable for observing applications and batch jobs
• Troubleshoot and escalate alerts that cannot be resolved to the application support team
• Responsible for monitoring and reacting to open tickets submitted through an incident management system
• Progress issues and provide relevant information for troubleshooting or for clarification
• Flexible with regard to working in shifts and weekend support to provide 24×7 support to applications in scope
• Ensure the implementation of daily health checks of the applications, and scripts by the support team
• Create and maintain troubleshooting guides and support documentation for the specific assigned applications
• Respond to customer requests as per SLA Guidelines
