Responsibilities

• You will update and process employee data in the HR System to provide accurate and timely information to a variety of HR Services
• Be in touch with the customer to resolve any issues
• Be ready to provide data to all the internal departments when required
• Ensure submission to the client’s existing standards
• You must answer the employee’s queries & have proper knowledge about all the rules & regulations.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum 1-3 years in Core HR & Issue Resolution for any International IT / ITES Companies.
• Good in communication
• Expertise and knowledge in Core HR related processes (excluding Recruitment)
• MS Excel
• Must manage multiple tasks
• Should be able to adapt quickly and answer the troubleshoots
• Effectively work with internal & external clients
• Attention to details
• Teamwork – Must be a team man

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

1. Masters in HR
2. Prior Experience
