• Support clients & work with them accordingly

• Provide functional content including Deloitte’s point of view on change management in Business development and other related activities.
• Work on multi-tasking for all Deloitte businesses
• Deploy required changes
• Have good communication with the stakeholders
• Execute the change management plan
• Build and manage change management deliverables and activities to a business-ready standard
• Provide proper support to the team
• Use management tools and methods applied to projects to get the best outcome

Qualifications

• 0-3 Years of work experience
• Bachelor’s /Post Graduation Diploma / Master’s Degree in Business, Economics, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Sociology, Information Technology, Hard science, or other relevant field
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Analytical mindset
