Position Summary
This job involves multi-tasking and answering some of Deloitte’s employees and top company clients where you must act accordingly and do all the submissions before the due date. It also connects you directly with seniors and strengthens client connections.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following
- Monitor the mailboxes and answer clients
- Provide operational support throughout the Lab delivery process (Meetings -Zoom, etc).
- Have a track and calendar
- Coordinate with designated professionals to ensure all logistics for a Lab are perfectly planned
- Manage spreadsheets and update them at due time concerning team
- Utilize Salesforce, SharePoint, and other firm resources to provide operational support.
- Manage the PowerPoint
- Complete Intake forms, Lab registrations, and Lab pipeline requests on Salesforce.
The professional is required to
- Work on tight deadlines and agreed SLAs.
- Be client centric
- Do the self-reviewing
- Coordinate with players across the globe
- Spread knowledge and best practices to facilitate collective team objectives and promote efficient, unified collaboration.
- Build a healthy relationship with stakeholders
- Be ready to adapt and be flexible
- Comply with Deloitte U.S. Firms policies and maintain confidentiality for all our clients.
- Secondary research skill is an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Any Graduation
- Any MBA
- 1-3 Years experience
- Be flexible & a team man also be a logical thinker
- Strong at verbal communication
