Qualification:
Advanced degree (eg. Bachelor, Master, etc), is preferred, but not required.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Service desk providing support for desktops,

6 LPA – 10 LPA / Year

- Natural collaborator, with excellent communication skills
- Ability to use data at scale, derive insights and inform strategy
- Exhibited ability to figure out solutions to problems with many limitations
Desired Skills/Experience ) :
- Experience in the Aerospace domain.
- Experience in Service Oriented Architecture(SOA), Web API, SOAP Services
- Experience in web hosting technologies/tools.
- Eye for user-focused design and UI/UX.
- DevOps, Continuous Integration. Experience in using any CICD tools like Jenkins, Jfrog Artifactory, etc.
- Working experience with any of the ALM tools (GitLab, TFS, Gradle, Maven, Jenkins, Docker, Artifactory, Cloud Foundry, ClearCase, SVN).
Relocation:
- This position does offer relocation within INDIA.
- Work-from-home is enabled except when IT&DA or Site managers require in-person attendance
