Job Profile:

Software Engineering Manager-1

Qualification:

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is needed for basic qualification. 

Experience:

Work experience in Avionics System development, Validation/Verification, Functional Integration and certification.

Salary:

6 Lpa – 8 Lpa

Work Location:

Bengaluru

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a group of software engineers in the creation and administration of avionics products. Separate needs at the aircraft level and/or customer use cases into product line requirements, such as those for systems software and equipment, and create tracing.
  • oversees personnel engaged in engineering and technical tasks related to avionics Programming Languages
  • creates operational or project plans that are in line with the department’s goals. carries out strategies to guarantee that consumer, technical, and business criteria are met. Gives workers the power and responsibility to carry out the strategy. Evaluate how plans are being carried out, make the necessary changes, and fix problems. tracks the right KPIs to make sure everything is going according to plan.
  • determines who to hire and projects the requirement for resources. Enhances employee performance and expands capacities through coaching, counseling, mentoring, and the provision of job assignments and growth opportunities. Verifies that workers are collaborating efficiently
