Responsibilities:
- Execute allotted tasks, projects, and tickets (if relevant) promptly and follow the established standards of quality.
- To satisfy the needs of both internal and external clients, become familiar with and proficient in the Confluence solutions, tools, and procedures.
- Work together as a team to meet deadlines for deliverables.
- As appropriate, take part in the basic solution design, configuration, testing, and documentation processes.
- flexible work schedule to provide round-the-clock client service. A distinct working pattern can be necessary for some roles.
- Always act competently and professionally when speaking with partners or other stakeholders.
- Make sure that all clients’ and products’ post-implementation goes smoothly and effectively, with an emphasis on financial reporting.

- Utilize Confluence software solutions to address client concerns.
- Make certain that every client opportunity and concern is handled
