Job Responsibilities
- Manage Video Production: They are responsible for managing the daily activities of the businesses, quality assurance, and timekeeping.
- Lead Team: Control employees and encourage them.
- Ensure Quality: A few major tasks that should be undertaken in an organization include the following:
- Manage Inventory: Ensure that there is stock control on the products.
- Solve Problems: Introduce and fix problem affecting the production line.
- Improve Processes: The other jobs which should be done include ordering production, PUR charter changes, productivity, vendor evaluations, supplier partnerships, new product development and spare parts requirements.
- Report Progress: Also an important duty is the preparation of production reports and presentation of such reports to the management.
- Video Skills: Having worked in the capacity involving video shooting or editing will be an added advantage.
- Build Social Media Presence: Build the brand of Practo specifically on the social platforms.
- Drive Metrics: Improve the level of both overall and active participation, tone, the audience, and subscriptions.
- Create Content Strategy: To execute the above objectives, the following strategies must be employed:
- Plan Content: Coordinate & conduct Social Media Post and Campaigns.
