Work you’ll do
- Create a course’s flow and structure by applying instructional design principles.
- Establish the goals of the course and create the necessary evaluations.
- Develop strategies for training that are effective (eLearning, ILT, mixed).
- Design educational initiatives to achieve learning objectives.
- Write directions for the production crew and create educational animations and images.
- Create tasks and exercises to improve the learning experience.
- Produce supplementary content, such as games, role plays, simulations, and videos.
- Conduct a quality assessment of the training materials.
- Use subject matter experts to guarantee content accuracy.
- Share course design concepts with clients and stakeholders.
- Based on comments, modify the course’s work and material.
- Take part in and conduct customer calls and meetings.
- Mentor and oversee junior staff members when creating training materials.
- Oversee the team and the project, documenting and reporting progress, identifying hazards, and keeping course folders and paperwork up to date.
