Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Secure Accounting processes (Work must be done in a process-oriented manner and the employee must be working on automation and secure accounting processes)
- Administrate all the IT incidents occurring in the AR processes
- Analyse (To present the data to stakeholders)
- Maintain Balance sheet & do proper reporting
- Bank management (To transfer & do all the required payment approvals)
- Month end reporting
- Billing management (Also includes the customer’s section)
- One must manage the customer data
- Support all the B2B partners in billing-related matters
- Must handle customer queries
- Resolve the customer problems in the best possible way
- Monitor AR processes, supported by RPA, and perform issue resolution as required
- Be a Support audit across local to the globe

Qualification/Experience
University-level education within Accounting/Bus Admin/Economics/System engineering or have equivalent experience
