A Business Associate acts as a Decision and Discovery Maker; the role requires one to categorize problems, formulate problem statements, make conjectures about the problem’s etiology, come up with subsequent steps given a problem, and so on. Your responsibilities will emanate from the identification of patterns within data, determination of the factors driving the patterns and linkage to business operations. Using VOC and VOP data, you will design solution or new service that better satisfy the customers and partners.
