Job Profile:

IT Support Engineer

Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree

Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of varied IT support experience in a similar role.
• Experience with Directory Services – Active Directory /AZURE AD
• Proven experience as a System Administrator with expertise in Microsoft Azure.

Salary:

5LPA – 8LPA / Year

Work Location:

Bangalore

Role and Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and provisioning server and user workstations
• Build and manage user laptops through Autopilot
• Configure Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) for user and group management.
• Configure and optimize Azure services to meet performance and scalability requirements
• Maintain documentation for Azure configurations, procedures, and policies.
• Monitor for security breaches and investigate security incidents.
• Management of Asset inventories e.g. Laptops/ Desktops/Software through Jira tool
• Maintaining the high-resolution rate within the team working within company SLAs
• Ensuring that IT technology standards and policies are adhered to
• Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
• Provide 1st – 2nd line IT support for company employees.
• Participate in out-of-hours on-call Rota and provide support for Global users
