About Company:

‘Real Page India’  is a multinational technology company growing opportunities for our real estate customers worldwide. The Problem Management unit is the escalation layer of complex product problems from Product Support. This team is a key courtship between Product Support and Product Engineering. They examine the issues to resolve if there is a workaround or if the case needs to be escalated to Product Engineering as a flaw . they also work to equip and deliver improved product knowledge to the Product Support team as the demand is given.

Bachelor of Science Degree or work equivalent in a technical or analytical role.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Formulate in-depth understanding of RealPage Consumer products.
• Contribute new findings to the Consumer Problem Management Wiki for knowledge transfer and training of peers and Product Support.
• Perform root cause analysis for a given product by:
  

1. executing/analyzing SQL queries,
2. exercising/analyzing API requests
3. 3. evaluating software behavior patterns.

• Document defects for promotion to engineering.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Basic SQL skills.
• The ability to distill complex topics and communicate simply and coherently with a consultative approach.
• The ability to conduct root cause analysis and provide actionable and high-value solutions to reported incidents with a combination of data analytics, business acumen, technical expertise, product features, and sound judgment.

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Basic SQL skills.
• Basic knowledge of testing API calls.
• The ability to distill complex topics and communicate simply and coherently with a consultative approach.
• The ability to conduct root cause analysis and provide actionable and high-value solutions to reported incidents with a combination of data analytics, business acumen, technical expertise, product features, and sound judgment.
