Key Responsibilities
- Cooperate with cross-functional groups to understand launching conditions and decode them into user-standard website features and designs.
- Strategy and execute instinctive user interfaces, wireframes, and prototypes for website components and enhancements.
- Guide user analysis, and usability testing, and assemble feedback to repeat and enhance website functionality and user knowledge.
- Optimise website version, responsiveness, and across various devices and platforms.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
- Operate closely with architects, and scope architects to ensure seamless integration of UI/UX components into the website.
- The capability to engineer explanations in ReactJS will be preferred
- Should be capable of building website prototypes using various tools
- Should be self-motivated and be able to function independently on tasks
- Should be able to provide solutions for various requirements and communicate the same to the team
- Participate in design reviews of new projects and code reviews of peers
- Working with the solution architect and other team members to agree on the right solution, development methodology, and implementation plan
- Accountable for specifying state-of-the-art technologies for modification in existing performance
- Should be aggressive in the designation of potential problems in the product
- A hands-on understanding of ReactJS will be selected
- Reasonable understanding of Data structures
Experience
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing previous projects and design skills.
- Proficiency in HTML, PHP, CodeIgniter4, CSS, JavaScript, React JS, Redu, and other relevant web technologies.
- Adventure with UI/UX strategy tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, etc.
- Understanding of responsive design regulations, usability standards, and accessibility best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Outstanding communication talents and knowledge to cooperate actually with cross-functional groups.
