Qualification:

Any graduation, Degree in computer science or information technology.

Experience:

0 – 5 years

Salary:

Visakhapatnam

Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide service and customer support during field visits.
Install their POS software on their Machine.
Give internship about their product to our client.
Analyze errors or technical issues and determine proper solutions to resolve their
queries.
Build positive relationships with customers.
Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.

Proven employment experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help
