The Oracle Financial Services Global Business Unit, and specifically the Analytics (OFSAA) line of business, is responsible for the development and marketing of industry-specific profitability, risk management, regulatory compliance, and budgeting and planning, business intelligence and data foundation built on a common toolset/platform. As a key member of this team, you will build and deliver the next generation of these vital business solutions for the Financial Services industry

We have technical team leading positions open for Designing and Developing toolsets/foundation components for the OFSAA Platform & Cloud deployment of OFSAA-SaaS offerings. These are crucial roles to ensure that the products/toolsets we deliver are high-quality products to banks across the globe. Leadership in this area, especially during our transition to the Cloud, is essential to ensure the success of the products, the team, and the group in general. We are looking for someone who will work in a scrum team of software engineers under the guidance of senior developers and be responsible for delivering the component or components under the scrum team(s). You will be responsible for building high-quality components that are part of the toolset and services that are consumed by the OFSAA applications in an agile development environment. You will be working as an innovator; you will work with other Engineering, Quality Assurance and Product management teams to ensure solutions are thoroughly designed, developed and unit tested, and integrated with other components, within the OFSAA suite of products.

Job Responsibilities

Offer mentorship and technical know-how in the delivery of superior software products and cloud services.
Lead junior software developers on technical matters when they collaborate with you on the components.
Recognize best practices for public cloud deployments and develop OFSAA tooling and service components that make the offers ready for the public cloud.
Take on the role of senior team member overseeing the development of expanded features for the FSGBU’s flagship Analytics Platform.
Take part in the product suite’s cloud journey.
Adopt and put into practice agile, continuous integration, and delivery approaches.
