Job Description

• Academic Qualification: B.Sc in Computer Science / B.E. in Computer Science / BCA / Equivalent
• Must have some basic IT working knowledge and get adapted to Oracle soon
• Should have 3+ years of experience in the IT Education Industry
• Know about the checking of digital content of the team and have prior knowledge of it
• Candidate should have exceptional verbal and communication skill
• Be ready to solve any given problem (problem-solving skill)
• Candidate should be in Bangalore / willing to re-locate to Bangalore and travel to office for work
• Career Level – IC2

Responsibilities

1. Quality Assurance and Setup of Oracle University’s Digital Training on Cloud Navigator Platform.
2. Understand the Cloud Navigator Project entirely- the business requirement, the scope, the customer experience
3. Be very attentive during the training period
4. Understand Oracle University’s existing training portal and adapt quickly
5. Be a team person and respond to the project manager on time
6. Quality Check every training video for Cloud Navigator with every inch of detail
7. Work with internal teams & departments to fix any issues
8. Setup the back end for the training that the customer will consume on Oracle University’s learning portal and Cloud Navigator portal
9. Verify the training content from the point of customer
10. Come up with suggestions on how Quality Check can be more strict
11. Work on received feedback
