Qualification:

Bachelor”s in

Information Technology (IT),
Computer Science,
Business Administration,
Electrical Engineering,

Experience:

5+ years in system development, network operations, software support, IT, consulting or technical troubleshooting experience
or Business Leadership AND 5+ years in system development, network operations, software support, IT, consulting, or technical troubleshooting experience.
4+ years prior product, customer support, and technical support experience.

Salary:

8LPA – 10LPA / Year

Bangalore

Responsibilities

Team Enthusiasm & Development – you will guarantee timely case solutions by driving architect enthusiasm based on skills-gap accounting and product needs.
Case Management (Delivery Excellence) – you will perform case reviews and customer wellness checks; and ensure process compliance and progression of cases to help solve increasingly complex technical issues.
Supportability Activities – you will donate to consumer self-help and book deflection enterprises through activities like information on top pain sites and producing troubleshooting guides/willingness to help with volume deflection.
Process Progress– cooperate with stakeholder teams delivering development and process feedback.
