Job Description

We are looking for a LinkedIn Strategy Specialist to join our team. You will create and run a LinkedIn strategy to improve our online presence, drive traffic, and engage our audience. You will track and analyze performance to provide insights. Your knowledge will help us reach our target market using LinkedIn’s tools and best practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Align LinkedIn with Our Goals: Make sure that everything we do on LinkedIn contributes toward accomplishing our main goals, such as expanding our brand’s awareness or attracting new clients.
  2. Watch What Other People Are Doing: Observe what other businesses are doing on LinkedIn and what trends are happening in our sector.
  3. Speak with Important People: Look up influential members in our sector on LinkedIn and start up a conversation with them. This may make us more visible and trusted to people.
  4. Create Interesting Stuff: Create content, such as pictures, videos, or articles, that you can post on LinkedIn to get people to like and share.
  5. Expand Our Network: Join in LinkedIn groups where people discuss topics linked to our work.
  6. Host LinkedIn Events: Plan or join webinars and live lectures on LinkedIn. This create greater awareness of us.
  7. Check Our Advancement: Keep an eye on the amount of people seeing our postings and the number of them taking action, such as visiting our website.
  8. Use Data to Improve: After studying the data to find out what is and is not working, make changes that are needed to improve the problem.
  9. Keep Everyone informed:Inform our workers and other workers on LinkedIn about how things are doing.
  10. Join with Marketing Team: Make sure our efforts on LinkedIn align with our overall goal by working with the marketing team
