Job Profile:

Service Readiness Professional

Qualification:

 Bachelor’s Degree in 

  • Information Technology,
  • EE or CE preferred.
  • MS ECE or EE / CE is a plus;
  • Or equivalent experience.

Experience:

At least 5 years of literally related knowledge that includes: Experience in 

  • the customer support industry for technology products;
  • managing product development projects in the system server;
  • Experience servicing server products and demonstrated ability to evaluate processes and propose improvements.

Salary:

4LPA – 6LPA / Year

Work Location:

Bangalore

Skills:

  • Project Management skills.
  • Powerful analytical and creative problem-solving skills to predict and resolve issues associated with the development of new technologies carrying into account demanding time-to-market schedules and cost constraints.
  • Capability to examine policies and procedures for customer service practices, evaluate effectiveness, and propose recommendations for improvement.
  • Capacity to team with others and perform with suggestions from more experienced team members in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment.
  • Readiness to work non-traditional job hours to accommodate conferences with colleagues around the world, particularly in Beijing, Taiwan, and the US.
  • Healthy computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Business/Functional Responsibilities include:

  • Deliver service necessities and direction to Offering Development Teams (ODTs) resulting in outcomes that are high quality, easy to diagnose, and to service within the allotted warranty & maintenance budgets
  • Provide WW readiness for clearance of product before product shipment support. This will include providing spare parts that are stocked worldwide, ensuring teaching for servicers is available and complete, and that processes are in place to delight Lenovo customers with the most increased quality service & support.
  • Drive advancement on product design and position to reduce validation costs generation over generation.
  • Provide lifecycle service advice / continual modification possibilities during the life of the product.
