This position is part of the Android Software Platform team responsible for the development of leading-edge innovative solutions, and carrier customization for mobile devices. The Software Program Managers are responsible for owning quarterly release content and individual software development projects which includes end-to-end planning, tracking progress and risks, and reporting. They ensure adherence to solid development practices. Additionally, they drive improvements in quality and performance, defect issue resolution, and work closely with cross-functional product teams to deliver high-quality, customer-centric Android devices.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end programs for cloud & other services
- UI/UX, Sheet & MS Office to collaborate with other departments & help them out
- Do critical path analysis
- Report project status regularly
- Maintain track of the project
- Identify the risks involved & manage them appropriately
- Coordination with global teams
