Job Responsibilities

1. Create and manage digital marketing programs for search engines, social media, email, and display ads.
2. Create digital strategies based on competitor and market analysis and in line with the objectives of the customer.
3. Work together with creative teams to produce captivating online media.
4. Track campaign performance using analytics, generate reports, and make recommendations for enhancements.
5. Keep abreast of developments in digital marketing.
6. Cultivate and preserve relationships with clients, comprehend their demands, and customize marketing strategies.
7. Manage deadlines, oversee projects, and keep stakeholders informed of developments.
8. Answer questions and provide updates to clients through email, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
9. Interact with possible customers, follow up on leads, and draft contracts and other paperwork as needed.
