Job Profile:

Field Service Engineer

The Service Engineer’s purpose is to provide assistance and technical support to the clients. Produce and possess regular contact with customers for long-time agreements at all levels. Execute the service plan to increase customer satisfaction.

Qualification:

Diploma/BE in Electrical or electronic engineering

Experience:

1-2 years of experience in Service and Maintenance in Motor vehicles or other industries.

Experience in servicing or maintenance of tools will be an added advantage.

Salary:

5 LPA – 06 LPA / Year

Work Location:

Pune

Responsibilities:

• Achieve the benefit plan virtually
• Manage Customer Complaints and provide proper logging into the SQR database
• Fix issues of the defined domain and also carry out day-to-day functions of the service-related job
• Provide and meet the mark response time
• Provide consumer training for better uptime of the product
• Co-ordinate with the assistant sales team for the proper execution of the service plan
• Guide/Assist service technicians to perform duties effectively
• Manage the key accounts directly and ensure customer satisfaction
• Co-ordinate with the Project team for installation of machines allocated to service
• Ensure “Safety Health and Environment” compliance at the site workshop
• To handle and administer different techniques of service processes about IMS
• On-site details of Handheld, Fixture spindle, pneumatic, software product, QAT tools, and accessories
