Responsibilities:
- Manage communication calendar (email, DMI, Website) for products and deliver creatives by working closely with the creative agency
- Collaborate with other teams like product, marketing, offers, compliance, etc. to deliver creative solutions for business objectives/challenges
- Implement key product and brand drives – plan campaigns based on understanding post-data analysis
- Monthly reports and MIS on communications delivered. Closely track performance of communication across platforms – Emailers, app, website, Cardmember account page, etc.
- Help localise global campaigns for Indian market
- People’s leader: Manage a person/team
Skills:
- fundamental scripting abilities powerful abilities in data analysis Capability of written and oral English communication
