Job Responsibilities

• Monitoring the health of DWP jobs, infrastructure, and platform while maintaining a 100% availability
• Perform root cause analysis for all the troubleshooting
• Improvising solutions (with minimal guidance from the BIE team)
• Gradual ownership of medium complexity solutions from the roadmap initiatives
• Provide data insights to the central ACES team to drive business-critical actions.
• Use analytical tools & maintain proper data
• Data model creation for critical roadmap projects.

Basic Qualification

1. 1+ years of experience in data analytics
2. 1+ years of capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis, or similar experience
3. Bachelor’s degree
4. Know how to use data pipeline using SQL
5. Knowledge of SQL and Excel at intermediate to advanced level
6. Experience with data mining tools like SQL, SAS, SPSS, or similar
