Job Description
They are looking for a Business Analyst (m/f) for our Commercial Aircraft business to join our Digital department based in Bangalore, India. As a business analyst, you will be part of the Product and Service Lines (PSL) ”A/L Support & Services“ and you will join a team belonging to the product “A/C Maintenance Operation”. You will be part of an Agile Multi-Functional Team to provide solutions.
Your Work
- Gather and question the business requirements to assist the product owner.
- Deliver and guarantee the designed solution’s integrity concerning a portion of the product backlog.
- To understand corporate needs and operational goals, do thorough discovery meetings.
- Encourage and assist the development team every sprint.
- Create and carry out acceptance test plans for sprints in conjunction with the product owner.
- Provide functional documentation for the product.
- Examine L3 occurrences and provide workable fixes or workarounds.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Organise comprehensive discovery sessions with an emphasis on suggesting automation solutions to comprehend intricate company requirements and operational goals.
- Determine which processes need to be improved, then make IT solution recommendations that fit the IT strategy.
- Assist the IT Product Manager/Solution Owner in organizing goods and services under client specifications.
- Create documentation that outlines the customer’s benefits, future requirements, and present issues.
- Define and create specification papers while working with the product team and stakeholders.
- To effectively challenge corporate requirements, stay informed about external business trends.
- To maintain solution integrity during product development and implementation, serve as a bridge between Product Management teams and technical resources.
