1. Lead Generation: Identify references, which may be useful for the provision of services.
2. Manage Leads: Some of the activities include: conducting research on various leads as well as following up with the leads through emails. Make appointments for the sales team with such leads available in the market.
3. Market Research: Make efforts in updating the information about the corporations, the competitors, and the conditions within the market to enhance the sales speeches.
4. Follow-up: Follow up leads through phone call and/ or emails to nurture the relationship in order to fine-tune them through the funnel.
5. Proposals: It is possible to generate contracts and proposals according to business solutions that the client requires.
6. Performance Metrics: Ensure that the strategy yields leads which are in line with the set goals and expectations of conversion rates. Communicate and work with the sales team in cooperation to set objectives, exchange essential information, and cooperate on how to properly convert leads.
