1. Help in placing adverts for the various job openings, sift through the candidates’ Curriculum Vitae and fix interviews.
2. Assist in on boarding new employees into the work place.
3. Conduct background check and record it.
4. Employee records and verify the correctness of the herewith data.
5. Support training session and any workshop that may be necessary.
6. Contribute to the processes of encouragement for active participation of the employees.
7. Assist the organization’s Human Resource department as an administrator.
8. Join different projects and processes that have to do with the Human Resource area.
